上海承源实业(集团)有限公司成立于1986年，注册资金1.3亿元，是一家集钢材贸易、加工配送、塑料钢制品业、物流仓储业和商品进出口于一体的综合性贸易公司。公司在上海市及江、浙两省设有八个分公司、五个子公司，在日本东京及法国巴黎均设有全资的子公司。为加大公司在钢材料加工及配送方面的发展力度，公司现正在宝山区云天路建设总占地三万六千多平方米的仓库、及加工厂房，一期工程预计今年可以完工。
